Google sign-in

The registry's dashboard uses Google sign-in for one person, its owner. We receive the signed-in account's email address and name and use them only to check that the account is the owner's. Any other account is turned away. We do not access Gmail, contacts, Drive or any other Google data, and we do not share or sell anything we receive from Google.

Information from Command installations

Each copy of Command sends this registry only: a random install ID, the Command version, the team name, team number and region, the number of active members (as a number), a build integrity value, and a timestamp. It never sends names, emails, attendance, hours or member lists. We store a salted one-way hash of the connecting IP address for at most 30 days, to detect misuse of the software license. Raw IP addresses are not stored. Check-in records are deleted after 90 days.

Cookies

The dashboard sets one session cookie when the owner signs in. Nothing is used for advertising or tracking.
